Sync Tool (Desktop Client)
The Sync Tool is compatible with the following operating systems:
Microsoft Windows (excluded ARM-based processors):
- Windows 11
- Windows 10
macOS:
- Sequoia v.15
- Sonoma v.14
- Ventura v.13 (please note the installation instructions)
- Monterey v.12
- Big Sur v.11
- Catalina v.10.15
Please note: Only 64-bit OSX devices are supported. Since 10.14, macOS notifies users of applications with a 32-bit architecture (see https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT208436). This is neither an indication of lack of support from leitzcloud nor a compatibility issue. It will be taken into account in an upcoming version as we migrate the application completely to 64 bit.
SafeSync (Desktop Client)
The SafeSync is compatible with the following operating systems:
Microsoft Windows (excluded ARM-based processors):
- Windows 11
- Windows 10
Minimum system requirements
Memory:35 MB for installation
RAM: 256 MB
CPU: 1 Ghz Single-Core or better
Web Browser requirements
The following browsers have been tested for use with leitzcloud software:
- Google Chrome 67+ (Recommended!)
- Firefox 60+
- Safari 11.1 for MacOs
- Microsoft Edge 83+
Mobile devices
- Apple iOS 12+
- Android 8+
Microsoft Outlook Plug-in requirements
Microsoft Outlook 2010+ (both 32-bit and 64-bit) are supported and suggested.
Please note: This feature is not supported, if you have installed Microsoft Outlook on a macOS.
