In general, users are not allowed to delete their files unless they have the permission to do so. If you right-click on a file and click "Delete", the file will still be on the server.

If you accidentally deleted something and want to restore this file, this is possible. On the top right of the screen (next to the search bar) you will find the button "Show Deleted".

All deleted files will appear faded.

Select the file you want to restore and after right-clicking select "Recover".

The file will then be restored and appears in a normal shade again.

What are revisions?

The leitzcloud records file changes. That way you can easily restore older file versions. These file versions are called revisions.

How do I get the revisions of a file?

Right-click on the desired file in the Web Cloud and select "Revisions".

You will then be redirected to a window where you can download older versions or make them the current version. The latest version is highlighted in green.
