Sorry to see that you want to cancel your membership!

Before you cancel your account with leitzcloud, make sure that you saved all the files you still need locally on your computer. No files can be restored once the account is deleted.

To cancel your account, follow these steps:

1. First log in to the customer portal and click on your poduct under “leitzcloud Pro”.




2. On the left click on the red writing “Request Cancellation”.



You can now select whether your account should be closed immediately or only at the end of the billing period. Please also briefly explain why you do not wish to continue using our service. This is very helpful for us to improve our leitzcloud in the future. Then click on "Request Cancellation" again.

Since you remain flexible with our prices and you are not bound to any terms, you can cancel monthly or annually.
