Upgrade & Downgrade


Via the customer portal you can automatically add or delete users and or storage space. With us you remain flexible with the prices, you can update your account at any time. Here you can find instructions to change the number of users and storage.

How do I update my account?

  1. Log in to the customer portal with your access data.
  2. You will get to your dashboard. Click on the “Client Portal” tab and switch to “leitzcloud Pro”.
  3. Click on the blue button “Upgrade / Downgrade”



  4. You will be directed to an overview of your current package. There you have the possibility to upgrade or downgrade your current subscription.



Please note: The amount that you have to pay is calculated based on the remaining days.
